Eit grafisk design drama
3 mm Utfallande handlar om ein prisvinnande grafisk designer som vinn årets beste design år etter år. Heilt til noko mystisk rører han i søvne framfor dataen.
Dette er ein kort teikneserie basert på ei kjensle eg hadde når eg jobba som grafisk designer i nokre år. Det kom til eit punkt at eg måtte verte meri kritisk til kva eg var med å skape. Eg teikna 3mm på Oslo Comics Expo sitt 24 timers teikneseriearrangement i 2018, og laga den med tanke på å trykke den på Risograf når eg kom heim til Bergen.
Fyrste opplaget på 100 eksemplar var på engelsk, og er utsolgt. Andre opplag var på norsk og eg har nokre eksemplar igjen. Eg forandrar trykksaken litt ved kvart opplag, og det kan tenkast at eg lagar eit tredje opplag.

3mm Bleed is about an award-winning graphic designer, that wins all the annual awards, until something mysterious strikes him in his sleep.
This is a short comic based on a feeling I had when working as a graphic designer for a couple of years. It came to a point where I had to be more critical of what I was a part of creating through my job. I made 3mm Bleed at the 24-hour comic event at Oslo Comics Expo in 2018. I made it with Riso-printing in mind, and made my own print when I came home to Bergen.
The first edition was in 100 copies in English and is completly sould out. The second edition was in Norwegian and I still have some copies left. It’s possible I will make a third print. I always make changes on the print when doing a new edition so they will be unique to each other.
If you are an Aussie, I saw that Sidney City Library has a copy :-D, maybe they picked one up in Melbourne or Tokyo Art book Fair?!?
